BP 420 - High capacity hydraulic briquetting press
BP 420 is a high capacity hydraulic briquetting press which produces rectangular shape briquettes. The capacity of briquetting press is 400-450 kg/h.
The briquetting press is controlled by a Siemens microprocessor and has Parker pumps and motors.
There are three electrical motors (30 kW, 1,1kW, 1,5 kW).
The hydraulic system is composed by three hydraulic cylinder. The biggest cylinder presses the sawdust into compact briquettes, the vertical hydraulic cylinder is used to multiplex the feeding sawdust, and the third is used to move the briquettes in direction of the two output canals.
Feeding of raw material is performed by the sawdust feeding hooper assembled on the press. Sawdust in the hooper is blown and pushed under the piston of the vertical cylinder by the help of a screw.
The BP 420 briquetting press is delivered with the following components:
- output canals of briquettes
- packing table
- packing drawer
- hand operated impuls bag sealers - KF400-HC
