RB 100-200 / 100 plus-200 plus
RB 100 - 200 and RB 100 - 200 plus series for high throughput with two different sized containers left and right versions of the compaction unit available.
Both series have the same compaction unit, in order to produce high-strength briquettes. The difference is the extra large, high capacity container for the RB 100 - 200 plus series.
Numerous options are available:
- Oil cooling for continuous operation
- Transmission lines
- Briquette length monitoring
- Automatic on/off
- Switch for oil shortage
- Hopper attachments
Technical details
- Large storage tank with high performance extractor unit
- All movements can also be activated using the manual controls on the control box. The programable logic controler (PLC) ensures user-friendly and fully autimatic operation.
- All machines are equipped as standard with hardened exchangeable pressing cylinder liners.
- Automatic tong opening ensures problem-free and consistent briquette production.
- The hidraulic drive is available with an output up to 11kW according to customer requirements. Optional extra: oil cooling and oil temperature gauge.

Technical features
The strand lenght monitor system ensures a constant, high production rate of briquettes even after a change of materials.
The filling level gauge (automatic ON/OFF) guarantees fully automatic operation.
The fully automatic delivery unit is installed at the base of the storage tank. This unique worm precompactor ensures a consistent briquette length.
