General description

The frame of the drying chamber is made up completely of rustproof materials. The used aluminium profiles are welded using the argon WIG process. The chamber’s walls and ceiling have multiple layers: smooth aluminium sheet inside, mineral wool layer in the middle and ondulated aluminium sheet on the outside. The walls are sealed with two neutral silicon layers.
The door of the drying chamber can be: folding, accordion or side-lifting.
The fans are dimensioned for each chamber type. These are reversible axial fans, equipped with tropicalized Siemens motors and dynamically balanced impeller, made of  pressure foundred aluminum.
The heaters are made from aluminum pressured finned pipes. Thus the system forms a compact aluminum radiant block with a high thermal transmittance for a greater efficiency.The ventilation is realized with rectangular aluminium butterfly dumpers with modulating motor.The air damping is assured by a system composed of water filter, solenoid valve and Danfoss spray nozzles.
