Steaming chambers
Steaming of wood is a procedure used in order to change and make uniform the colour of wood, to reduce the inherent tensions and to destroy the existing biological agents. The working agent is the wet saturated steam at 90-100 gradC temperature and 0,005-0,01 bar athmosferic pressure. Our steaming chambers are devided into three different types:
Indirect independent steaming chamber
The steam is produced into the chamber by an immersed heat exchanger that runs over with exhaust gas provided from a waste wood burner.

Steaming chambers with indirect steaming
A water bath installed into the concrete base of the chamber or made of stainless steal provides the appropiated steam. The heating agent is medium pressure steam or supraheated water.
Steaming chambers with direct steaming
The steam provided by a steam generator is introduced directly into the steaming chamber.
