Idirect, independent steaming chamber with wet wood waste burner

The automate functioning waste wood burner is designed for burning wet sawdust, shavings and wood chips with high humidity content.
Main features of wood waste burner:

• burning room built up from two combustion chambers
• moving grate powered by heavy-duty hydraulic motors
• fuel: sawdust, wood chips, shavings with maximum 100% humidity (relative humidity) or 50% absolute humidity
• little daily hopper for feeding fuel through a transport screw
• burners available for dry, bulky fuel or dry sawdust, wood chips.

The control of wood steaming process is assured by the LG20-VAP controller. The controller allows to control time settings and the temperature into the steaming chamber, the steam inlet valve, steam generator. It allows to set the gradual step-by-step passage from one temperature value to the next one and it has an alarm warning function. Every selected program can be saved into the controller's internal memory and can be recalled in the future with a simple sequence of keys. Up to 20 programs can be saved into controller's memory.
